1. First step, online registration:

It is necessary for all accepted students to refer to the comprehensive system of Hazrat Masoumeh University^(S) to the address

 password:   ID number (If it is similar to the national code, the first sheet has zero, the first zero is not entered.

Required documents for online registration:

1. Refer to the higher education certificate inquiry site at the address  https://estelam.msrt.ir  

2. Scan and upload Original or temporary certificate of bachelor's degree 

Note: It is necessary for those accepted who are not able to present the original documents GPA special form (Form number 2) which has been approved by the university or institution of higher education where the bachelor's degree is obtained, should be uploaded into the system.

3. Completing the physical and mental health report card 1403 through the links below, please note that the report card you have completed is related to the year 1403 and be sure to choose the name of the university, Hazrat Masoumeh University, and if it is the first time that the report card

4. "important" Dear accepted students, they must enter the active SIM card number in the student's name in the system, otherwise the online registration will not be approved and face-to-face registration will also be prohibited.

5. After registering online in the comprehensive system of the university, all accepted students should go to the Arman system of the university at the address  https://arman-hmu.ir refer and complete the registration process in this system.
